I have been a certified Paddle Canada Instructor since 2018 and am currently a Standup Paddleboard Touring ll instructor. With over 15 years of standup paddling experience, an extensive portion of my time has been spent on self SUP-ported backcountry trips, gaining experience in backcountry touring and camping across many locations around the world. I have spent past summers as a wilderness guide across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. Racing has become a passion of mine, leading me to compete at the top levels of Standup Paddle Racing across western Canada. Currently I offer a training program called Suptrainer which focuses on standup paddleboard technique and fitness. My program is unique as it is developed for people who do not live near open water year around. With the support of an Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist, this program has been developed for those who want to stay in shape in the off season as well as competitive athletes who want to take their racing to the next level. Safety for myself and my clients in the sport of Standup Paddleboarding is my #1 priority. Day-to-day you will find me training on the various rivers or out at one of the many gorgeous lakes we have through the Ottawa valley. I would love to have you join the paddle community to spread the love for this growing sport.
